Clockitin is an online time tracking site making it easy to track your time through the day and quickly shift between tasks.
The site has many features such as:
- You can create an unlimited number of projects, sessions and tasks
- Projects can be made public to be shared with others (http://www.clockit.in/public/3b8be1ddb4d49fc85d469a4ae81ba0d8fec52157)
- Projects can be shared with specific people via email rather than making them public
- Great easy to use layout
- The site uses AJAX to make it more user friendly

I would second all of the points that brian has made. The landing page is extremely weak and I would be willing to sign up for a service that provides me with so little idea of what it does or how it works. People need to know what is behind the curtain. The about page needs to improved to include pictures of who is behind the company and what the story of the company, founder(s) is.
Also, ideally I would prefer to be able to try out the service in a sandbox type environment where I could play around with a demo without having to first sign up.
The one liner that explains what the site is should probably be a lot bolder. Right now its very faded out. Also, there is some repetition (track time) that can be avoided.
Also a username+sitename@gmail.com is a valid email address that you should accept. A lot of people use such addresses so they can filter emails out.
You should update your logo if you're not running beta anymore, the text "beta" is still present.
I like your site. Simple, nice colors, well organized. Only suggestion I have is to provide an "easier" way to get to the projects. I don't like having to go to the projects list to navigate to my project. Perhaps you can add a search box with AJAX capability that as you type the name of your project it lists the ones that match.
Great site.
First impressions: Looks neat, but I can't see anything without creating an account. Many users will not go to the effort of creating an account before knowing they like the site. Add an open-id option. You need screen shoots and/or a video tour linked to off the main page and the about page.
You are missing your robots.txt and sitemap.xml files. Your title-text should have the page description first, Clockitin last.
Since your URL is clockit.in, think about putting a dot in the logo. Try it with and without changing the kerning of the letters. That way people won't see the logo and immediately think clockitin.com.
Good luck!
1) Do you like the layout? Yes and no... The layout is nice but could be greatly enhanced through a cool background image and lots of helpful icons on the buttons. The is a little to much blue on the page, so you might want to look into how you could add another color or use some gradients. This has potential as a design but could use a lot of work to make it attractive and comparable to other similar services.
2) Is the website easy to use? For the most part, yes. It is fairly self explanatory and after going through the sign up process and everything I only encountered one serious error. I started a time session under a test task but it would only track as one second... An annoying bug that you will need to fix...
3) Are the time management features okay? They are okay, but not good enough to interest a web programmer such as myself to switch services from something more popular such as tick.com.
4) What don't you like about the site? I don't like your notification system after being logged in. The transitions are annoying and the messages are ill placed. You should consider placing your alerts at the very top of the site in an 100% wide bar. I'm also not very fond of the fact that you use almost no organic images or screen shots to explain the site and its features.
All that said, I hope you're successful and if nothing else I love the domain name!
The website is now open to the general public, beta testing is over.
Several changes have been made to the site using the feedback given during the first iteration.
Would love to see a feature tour or something on the landing page. It is not drawing me in much the way it is currently. Actually the way it is right now really needs some help. What is the main action you want people to take when they hit your landing page? You want them to sign up for an account right? You need to convert your visitors into users. Well right now I almost have to search for the sign up button. It's not even a button, just a text link that does not stand out at all! Make what you want people to do stand out!
Once inside I really like the clean layout and look of the UI. Very easy to use and I love the AJAX use in most cases. One thing I found annoying was editing a task. Once I click to edit it I saw no means of canceling it so I saved my "change" when I hadn't changed anything. I then got a message saying my change that I didn't make was changed. Either let me cancel my edit or check if nothing changed and don't tell me you saved it.
A screencast would do wonders for a site like this to show me why I need it and how to use it productively!
P.S. It would be very helpful if you were more specific on what changed since last time so we know what to look at most. "Several changes have been made" is not very useful for me to know what to look at. :-)
