What do you think about site idea?
Are the interface and design user-frienly?
Is making 360 degree product presentation easy?
What do you think about our subsription plans?
Is this service usefull?
LOL - honestly, as a programmer I would never have thought to make this as a product...yet it is so simple and so correctly priced that I think you've nailed it.
The site design is simple and clean. I personally don't like the idea that I would have to have you host my photo. I would prefer that I could host it. I know why you did that...but in all honesty - with how flakey 'clouds' have been lately...I wouldn't trust you (through no fault of your own) to host something that I might feel I depend on.
I like this though, and I think you'd done a good job. Best of luck!
Great concept. The graphics look great. The problem I have is that the service is way too expensive! I think by putting such low caps on total image shares, you're limiting your own site's growth. You want to encourage your product to proliferate as much as possible and users won't think 5 free 3d images is even worth the time to learn a new system.
I love the service which you are providing. Even Microsoft has a similar service called photosynth or something. I can't recall the name right now. But I think your site is pretty light weight.
The interface is pretty user friendly and passes the message to the user. But I believe that rather than the "Watch video How to" you could straight away include a video there so that the visitors don't have to click another link to know further about the site.
I haven't yet created a 360 image product from your site so I can't comment on that. Will try it out later and give the feedback on that.
I haven't seen many sites which provide this service so I can't comment on the pricing. But if you have done proper research and kept market competitive rates then I guess it's fine.
In the end. Yes the service is pretty useful. As Brian said, Amazon user's can find it the most useful. :)
1) I think you have a cool idea. I think it is a niche that could be very useful for certain users, such as ebay sellers and small businesses. Anytime you can make things easier for non-technical people it is a winner.
2) I would update the website a bit. It seems a bit dated to me with the color palate and images chosen. I would update the main Create3DPhoto image and add more color and would do something different than the Create/Use/Enjoy function. Maybe have images slide for each section. The bottom "Web Solutions for xxx" needs a different color, it does not flow with the overall site.
3) Presentation seems good, but can't really answer until I give it a try.
4) The pricing actually brings up more questions for me. Why do you limit the amount of images a user can "share" at a time? Do you host all the images on your site? I don't see that explained anywhere. For the basic plan I think with many ebay users they would never need more that 3 shared at a time so I would consider lowering that to 1. Then dropping the Individual price to 5.99 or something cheaper. I would also drop the Business version to 29.99 or something similar. 45$ seems like too much to me.
5) Again I think this is a cool idea in which there is a niche of people who would use it. I would assume your target market would be ebay or small e-commerce stores. I think this is a pretty good size market. Have you done any market analysis or surveys to see if this is something businesses want?
Very cool site. Great idea. I think the site looks good. The colors / styles are fine. It's easy to use. Very intuitive. I like the way your 404 page looks and that it has your main nav bar.
You seem to be missing your robots.txt file and your sitemap.xml file.
I did not find anything that felt "broken".
I did not attempt to make a 3-D presentation, but your video's made it look very easy.
The idea behind your service is fantastic. I question the pricing, only because I don't have a sense for what the correct price should be. Remember if it is too high and your site is successful, someone will undercut you.
Good luck!
First impressions:
* Really well designed home page. I immediately tried the audi demo, and was impressed. I now want to create 3d images of my stuff...seems so cool!
* The top bar is hard to see. I often tune out "toolbars" that sites put at the top (sometimes they have banner ads). I realized after I focused on the page for a minute that I thought the top of the gray was the top of the page. Partially, perhaps, because I have an out of date flash player (on Ubuntu, here), and the warning occupies the top of the page.
* The first time I clicked "next example", it didn't actually change the example.
* The login page is called "authorization", which feels harsh. There's a big white gap on that page, just below the "What is 3Dbin.com" paragraph.
* I don't understand why there's a monthly fee (do you host the images?). Intuitively, I would imagine that you would hand me downloadable artifacts to embed in my page. Not true? Perhaps it's worth clarifying how that works on the pricing page.
It is a good idea, although it is not transparent enough. What would be great is a plugin that can feed the 360 through to the ecommerce site, in a way that anonymizes your service.
The login and register boxes that overlay on the screen are hugely annoying. I do not know whether this is a bug, but you have to let your visitor view your site first and then choose whether they want to join or login.
I would never ever use a image on my site that has a 3dbin logo on the image anywhere. I do not know if this is possible to remove?
The service would be useful if it is transparent and unbranded, especially on the paid plans.

I think this is fabulous idea. This is a great niche you have here! I see lot's of eBay sellers coming to you for this. Especially ones with little or no flash experience. I personally do have experience with flash and could probably do it, but time is limited! I'm sure your app can help speed up the process tremendously. For my regular FT job, I will definitely mention this service to the company for our product line. Can work perfectly for their website! Maybe down the road you could offer a service for online sellers to send product in case they may not have the tools necessary to create the product shots. Nice work.
