As a recent grad, I really appreciate this site.
I think more and more twitter is penetrating the professional realm and business and social networking are starting to mesh together in a way that no one had anticipated.
I recently applied to a job at an interactive agency that asked me to tweet to them my application/resume in a creative way.. no doubt to see how proficient I am at navigating through social networks to achieve a goal/end.
It's great to finally have a platform for this. I think it's going to be a very useful site for people looking for creative/ social media jobs and those hiring for them.
It's marketable, but obviously for the younger generations who love brevity (in this world of microblogging and character limits).
The design is good, but a bit cluttered for my taste. I prefer it to be more simple and user friendly (like twitter).
