2) Yes, especially for the price. I think you want to market this with people that package websites together for a "feature" they can charge extra for. Then they market for you.

Hi Chris, I appreciate you reviewing pluspanda! Thanks. To demo the admin panel all you have to do is click on the big green button on the home page "edit this layout". This automatically creates an account for you. To save your work there's a space at the top to enter your email address. Otherwise the account expires in 24 hours.
I've gotten feedback that this is not exactly intuitive though so I'll be adding a "sign up" page which basically does the same thing =).
Good idea on marketing to web designers. There might be a chance for them to make money as well.

3. it looks clean, i would use crazyegg and goog analytics to track usage
I think justifying the price is your number one concern. A matrix showing tradeoff between doing it yourself versus utilizing your widget would be helpful. I think the benefit would be the ability to post your testimonials to multiple platforms (blog, fb, etc), and tools so users can easily solicit testimonials from their customers.
Hey there, thanks for your review of pluspanda. That's actually a great idea, a clear metric driven breakdown of how the service benefits the user. Spend a day coding everything yourself, or plug and play with pluspanda. Thanks I'll definitely look into that.

We can outsource user feedback (uservoice), but how does one manage its testimonials? pluspanda.
It had to be done.
Make sure it is easy for users to leave a testimonial, but each must be approve before being displayed on the website.

Thanks for the support! Yes good feedback, pluspanda has a "public form" that can be accessed by anyone in order to submit a testimonial. The account owner then has full control over which testimonials display. Asymeric, have you had a chance to play with an account yet? Any thoughts?
