The navigation seems easy enough to use even without fully understanding French. The ads are not overpowering which is nice. I'm not a huge fan of the color scheme but that doesn't mean much, the next person could love it.
Your title image/graphic is not clickable. It should always return you to the root page of your site. I am not sure why you are offering a newsletter, I'm not sure why anyone would subscribe. On the avatar page, I would let the user choose from a set of common avatar sizes since 100x100 is not the only "standard" size. Maybe have it be selectable based on the service so you can pick Facebook or Twitter or whatever and it knows the sizes for those.
I can't see myself ever using this personally since I'd just open up Gimp but then I suppose I'm not really your target audience.
