Graph on dashboard is not changing when I switch timeframe from last week to last month to last 3 months.
The "Please Complete This Form" bit seems a bit superfluous when I am filling in the Auto Follow. Also it said enter "a keyword". Does that imply that I can't be any more refined with my search criteria than one keyword/hashtag per auto follow rule? It would be nice if I could give a list of keywords that need to be matched.
In the manual follow section, it would be handy to see both followers and following for the people that match your search. Also I do not understand why the only options on that section are Follow or Block. What if you don't want to follow a user but also don't want to block them. Maybe an ignore option? I really don't see the point of the Block option at all in this context so my preference would be to switch to just Follow with checkboxes and a select all toggle and then unchecking some just doesn't follow them (but doesn't block them either).
Another thing I noticed is the CSS seems to keep going down, maybe too much load?
The design is very professional and well done. Bravo. I love the colors used. The orange heading on the Pricing & Sign-Up page seems out of place with the rest of the site design. I would like to see some more information and additional differentiators between the tiers on the pricing page as well. For example, once you are in the app, the hover text for the "Follows remaining" on the dashboard seems to indicate that if you switch to a higher plan you get more follows per day. This is not communicated at all on the pricing page though and it should be as that would be a major differentiator other than just number of accounts.
The animation/slide show on the landing page also was a bit off for me. I had two problems with it. It scrolled too fast for me and when it gets to the end, the rewind animation was a bit jarring. Instead of cycling backwards through the other slides, I think it would work better if it just looped around to the first slide. I would also like to see an indicator of the number of slides. The little o o o that many of those use for example so I can see there are three screens to watch and I can jump directly to one.
One more, on the contact us page, the white seems to just up into the gray area where it says Customer Care and the "Our office" line seems to be floating incorrectly in a strange area sort of on top of a drop-shadow graphic. Not sure what's going on there but it just looks strange on FF 3.5 OSX MBP.
Site looks fantastic...nice colors and images.
I don't know what you're offering at each pricing tier, but I hope it's good because seems a bit pricey. I'm not sure I'd pay for this, but then again, I'm probably not the targeted audience.
Ahhh...found the tiers. It allows for more account support...ran into it from the "Start the free trial" link. I'd like to see that info when I click on the "basic/plus/premium $#/mo" buttons from the main page.
I like that you added the o o o on each of the scrolled screens, can you make those clickable now :-)
Wow, the contact page is funky. It doesn't look correctly formatted on my Windows XP using FF 3.0.11 I don't even know how to get back to your website from here.
Oh wait, looks like you are fixing it as I comment :-) Some of the comments above might not apply anymore.
All in all, I think this is a great look site.
Having used TwitterMass I think I can explain this (unofficially) a bit. Basically you pick an account of someone you know has similar friends/interests as you and select to clone their account. TwitterMass then automatically starts following the people that follow them in the hopes that they will follow your account back. The Auto Unfollow comes into play here because TwitterMass will automatically unfollow them after a certain amount of time if they have NOT followed you back. I'm not sure on the timing there and TwitterMass is unclear on that from what I can see.
I think it is poorly phrased because as you mention, "clone account" sounds a bit sinister.

-several antispam features will be added in the coming weeks. these features will proactively clean up your twittersphere and get rid of spammers.
The video tour is not working for me in FF 3.5 or Safari 4 on OSX.
Hmm, kinda a bummer you have to give billing info to get the free 48 hour trial. Might hamper getting feedback.
