First impression was "oooh...this looks nice" Nicely organized and great choice of color palette. I'm a bit confused on the pricing page. I thought I was missing out on something with the $29 deal, but it's really just shorter time than the $49 one. Instead, you could list all features and then have the user select the 12 month deal or the 3 month deal, this way it's clear that the only difference is time.
In your FAQ, it states that it's being worked on but checkout terms of use and privacy policy but both those links didn't work for me.
I don't understand the thought behind a logo template. Doesn't this mean that two totally different companies might end up with the same logo? I think I rather get a personalized logo from you, if that's a service you could provide.
I didn't sign up but one thing I'll mention here is that if you are sending a plain text password through the confirmation email, you should avoid doing that. It makes the user feel insecure about their privacy. If you're not doing that...then good job! I thought the pricing was reasonable too.
Great look and feel and concept on this site.
I like the layout and design. The colors are nice and not overpowering. The navigation is simple and clear.
On the signup page, I'm confused by the two payment options. I've never even heard of 2CO. Consider dropping it.
Also maybe consider a lower-priced monthly access or an a-la-carte option for buying a single design as I would think that would be more popular for a site like this. I understand your hesitation to support a single month as you will have people join for the lowest price possible just to get that single design downloaded (or all designs they can since it's unlimited) but I think that's what people will want. For an entry-level month-long plan you could consider making it be limited to X number of downloads.
On the contact us page, the submit button seemed a bit off. It was surrounded by a white background div and was not centered in that div. Consider just dropping the div and letting the button stand on its own.
