Web site and DNS integrity monitoring to detect unauthorized changes caused by malware, hackers, etc.
Hacking attempts? Domain in a blacklist database or stolen? Instant notification via email, sms and twitter, showing exactly what is happening...
Any kind of feedback, from the design, content, to the web app itself.
I thought I added that to the re-launch menu. Let me post in here:
What's new?
* We added support for HTTPS cert monitoring
* We added support for blacklist monitoring. Everyone is there by default and it will notify you if your domain is ever blacklisted on Google Safe Browsing (used by Firefox and Chrome) or SiteAdvisor, Norton Safe Web, SpamHaus and others.
* There is a new timeline of events, making it easy to see which changes happened.
* New document (in main page) with step-by-step instructions on how to manage and handle high activity sites.
What we fixed?
* We have our algorithm to detect parts of a site that change very often and ignore them by default (like comments section, number of views, etc). However, it was not working 100% everywhere and some of you were getting constant alert of changes.
* Improve the layout of the site and fixed some browser compatibility issues.
I find the graph in the demo very hard to read/use. I mean you have a bunch of + signs on that for when a resource changed but what does that tell me really? Which resource changed? What was changed? I think the nodes on the graph need to be clickable and linked to the actual event. If they are somehow, it escaped me.
I think this may have been mentioned but it bears repeating. Why do I need to actually sign in with demo@sucuri.net/demo? Why don't you have the demo link just be an actual form post that signs the user in using that information? It should not even require any changes to anything really other than the demo link itself.
I also think this was mentioned before as well but the Scribd presentation on the main page is a bit.... off. If you want to have a presentation as opposed to a video (but I think a video would be more useful) then I would suggest putting it off the front page in a feature tour type of area.
You mentioned a new document on the main page on handling high-traffic sites but I was unable to find it.
Anyways, keep up the good work. I'm sure people that can't (or don't want to) install things like nagios will find this useful.
I like the idea of having this. Question for you, this is a free service from what I can tell so how are you making any money? Also, how many users do you currently have? Can you scale to high number of users? I mean, currently you say monitor every 10 mins but that might only work now and when you grow, do you think you'll be able to handle large number of users?
I like your additions. What do you mean by "...Everyone is there by default and it will notify you ..." Everyone is blacklisted by default? Most likely I'm missing something, but why is everyone blacklisted by default? If this is not what you mean, I would suggest rephrasing that.
Just some basic observations. The current primary call to action in the active window is very understated and really could be significantly improved for conversion. Make it a really button that actually stands out from the rest of the page and has compelling CTA text (imperative verb with implied benefit).
While the embedded slide on the right works, I question how much more difficult it would be to put a video walk through in its place.
The company about page is totally lifeless. Who is behind the company and what is their story. There is alot of upside potential here in doing more to connect with and engage your audience.
Lastly, the information under the "Docs" tab may or may not be useful, but regardless, its current format makes it much less accessible than if it was delivered via a company blog where you can develop and nurture and audience. Doing that does not limit you from still hosting those documents in a "resources section".

Would be extremely helpful if you said what you had changed so we know what to look at.
