BollyScoops is a user driven bollywood community. The users share, comment, vote on bollywood related scoops. The scoops are sorted by popularity based on the votes that our users submit. The "Latest Scoops" page display the scoops that have been last submitted by our users and have not been yet classified as "Popular Scoops". You can vote for scoops to increase their popularity. If its bollywood related, scoop it on BollyScoops.

That's a heck of a lot of orange. And on the white background...it gets a little hard to read.
I also don't understand the dual navigation bar... All, News, Movies and Music on the top line with Events, Blogs, Photos, etc... on the bottom. If they're linked in some way, it is not visually clear.
I just get the feeling that there are too many links. Its like a business application in disguise... :-) Could you cut it down to just your core content?
Not really sure what I'm looking at here. Not sure if you're just trying to get some free advertising here on launchly or if you really want feedback... As far as I could see the site didn't really have any content on it other than ads and outgoing links to other sites... If you're just a link aggregator, why would anyone use this over Digg or reddit?
